Autumn approaches, and while the weather is getting colder, the change of temperature can cause dryness to our skin. Here are some natural face masks with ingredients that everyone has at home.
Avocado and yogurt face mask
You will need 1 avocado (mush), 1 spoon of yogurt, 3 spoons of olive oil and 1 spoon of honey. Mix the ingredients together and let it sit on your face for 10-15 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.
Moisturizing face cream with banana and honey
Mix 1/2 a banana (mush), 1/2 a cup of yogurt and 1 spoon of honey. Leave the mask on your face for 15-20 minutes.
Moisturizing face cream with yogurt and cucumber
That's an easy one. Take 1/2 a cucumber (mush) and 1 soup spoon of yogurt. Apply to your skin for 20 minutes.
Tumeric face mask
2 spoons of flour
1/2 spoon of tumeric
1 spoon of honey
For oily skin 1/4 of a cup with yogurt and some drops of lemon
For dry skin 2 spoons of olive oil
If you have oily skin use the yogurt with the lemon, if you have dry skin use the olive oil. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well. Apply on your face and neck for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse. This mask will make your face shine.
